Designation & Level: Scientist(L2/L3/L4)

Location: Saint Julien en Genevois, France (close to Geneva)Department: Biologicson

• Generate purify and control ADCs and other conjugate modalities.
• Support lab scale non-GMP process development and ADC production from microgram to gram scale for customers.
• Design, execute, and document ADC conjugation, purification and control workflows for customer projects
• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies for antibody conjugation and bioconjugate purification/formulation
• Develop new classes of bioconjugates such as:
  • Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DAC)
  • Antibody Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOC)
  • Immunostimulating Antibody Conjugates (ISAC)
  • Other emerging formats (XDCs)
• Supervise and mentor staff on technical procedures and safety practices

Qualification:

• PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Protein Chemistry, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech environment
• Proven expertise in ADC generation using stochastic and site-specific conjugation methods
• Solid knowledge of linkers, payloads (cytotoxics, degraders, oligonucleotides), and conjugation chemistries
• Strong background in antibody/protein purification and formulation using lab-scale chromatography and ultrafiltration techniques
• Proficient in analytical techniques such as:
  • Capillary electrophoresis (CE)
  • Hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC)
  • Size exclusion chromatography (SEC)
  • Ion exchange chromatography (IEX)
• Knowledge of safety rules and protocols for handling highly cytotoxic compounds (up to OEB6)
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
