Over the years, he has led strategic mandates for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth innovators, working closely with CXOs to define positioning, drive market influence, and guide multi-market narratives. His career is characterized by an ability to simplify complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and build scalable communication systems that support long-term business outcomes.

With a decade of experience in B2B marketing and digital transformation, he has guided product launches, strengthened enterprise reputations, and enabled measurable commercial impact for some of the world’s most respected brands. In his most recent role prior to Jubilant Biosys, he served as Associate Marketing Director at Dentsu, where he shaped B2B strategy for South Asia and managed some of the company’s largest global accounts.

Naivedya holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Graduate Specialization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also brings professional certifications from Duke University, HEC Paris, and leading technology companies such as Google and Meta. He joins Jubilant Biosys with a pivotal mandate to drive brand growth, strengthen market positioning, and enable impactful communication strategies across global markets.
