Dr Sreekanth Rouduri
Vice President & Site Head – Bangalore, Integrated Drug Discovery
Dr. Rouduri brings with him over 23 years of global biopharma industry experience in leadership roles, where he has successfully driven scientific, operational, strategic, and business initiatives across cross-functional, multicultural, and global environments. His extensive expertise in integrated drug discovery spans the entire process from target selection to clinical development, covering diverse target classes, modalities, and therapeutic areas. Additionally, he has significant experience in establishing state-of-the-art discovery laboratories in both India and the USA. Prior to his return to India, Dr. Rouduri was associated with Vertex Pharmaceuticals in the USA, Advenus Therapeutics, Pune, India, Sai Life Sciences, Pune, India, Centre for Biopharma Analysis, Pune, India. In his last role Sreekanth was the Head, Drug Discovery Solutions at Syngene for their Bangalore and Hyderabad sites. He earned his Ph.D. from the Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) in Hyderabad, completed his post-doctoral training at Harvard University, and holds a Business Management Certificate from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
