TJ brings nearly three decades of global business development expertise across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. In his current role at Jubilant, TJ leads global business development initiatives for Drug Discovery Services and Early Stage CDMO segments. He reports directly to Giuliano Perfetti, CEO & Managing Director, CRDMO.
TJ has a rich background in frontline sales and sales leadership roles within the Pharmaceutical, CRO, and CMO industries. His strategic approach has consistently focused on leveraging organizational strengths and identifying solutions for growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Jubilant, TJ spent over a decade at WuXi AppTec. He joined the company in 2014 as an Account Manager and advanced to become Executive Director of International Sales & Marketing for the Laboratory Testing Division. In this capacity, he led global teams across Drug Development and Medical Device segments, including Project Management, overseeing key markets such as the USA, Canada, Europe, South Korea, Japan, India, Australia, and South America. Over the years, TJ also played a pivotal role in expanding WuXi’s business development footprint across service lines including DMPK, Toxicology, Bioanalysis, Biology, Pharmacology, Genomics, and Analytical CMC.
Earlier in his career at CRO Solutions, TJ managed outsourced business development for Solid Formulation CMC Services, DMPK, Biologic Manufacturing, and Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing. Throughout his professional journey, he has been recognized with multiple awards for his outstanding business performance.
