Pritesh Singh Bhatia
Associate Director & Head – Talent Acquisition, CRDMO
Pritesh will lead the critical Talent Acquisition function for the CRDMO organization covering Nanjangud, Bangalore, Noida, Greater Noida (API &Biosys) sites of CRDMO ensuring we get the best talent as we grow the organization.
Pritesh was previously working with Glaxo SmithKline as Head of TA. In this role he was responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy focusing on, diversity sourcing, attraction, selection, and the candidate assessment process. He worked closely with functional and line leaders to provide them with relevant information on the talent market. He promoted greater TA accountability via assessment & publication of metrics around candidate pool quality, reduction in time to fill and improving the candidate and internal customer experience with complete system adherence. Pritesh in previous roles has also worked for Max Life Insurance and Vaibhav Gems
Pritesh has an MBA degree in HR & Marketing and a Bachelors degree in Commerce.
In his free time Pritesh like to undertake off road trips and meeting people.
