The candidate should have experience in synthetic scheme designing, some experience of scaffold designing, understanding structure-activity relationships.

The candidate should possess excellent judgmental and decision making capabilities in terms of the project chemistry.

Thorough knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, excellent laboratory skills, synthetic route designing skills, a fair knowledge of biology and computational chemistry is preferable.

The position holder should be able to guide and motivate the associates in the smooth functioning of the project.

Manage Gene to Structure projects or protein to structure projects and deliver relevant apo or ligand-bound structures to clients or for drug discovery projects. Develop plans to generate clones, cell lines or proteins for structure or activity studies and guide junior colleagues to achieve the goals.

Analyze data, data sets, deliver structure refinement and detailed reports though junior colleagues.

Independently plan experiments with desired outcome using available technologies or programs.

Conducting internal quality audit.

Organizing Management quality reviews.

Expertise in ISMS implementation & ISO 27001 Certification.

Proficient in various project life cycles and methodologies, monitoring and reviewing overall functioning of processes in line with the agreed/pre-set guidelines/norms, as per Customer, international standards like ISO 9001 2000 ISMS, Organization and Project Specific etc.

Provide training in ISMS Awareness.

Should be certified Lead Auditor.
