Legend NGSS™ imports data from any plate reader and allows to analyze hundreds of microplates. Users can define new protocols for different assay types including functional and kinetic assays. Legend NGSS™ provides an option to choose different curve fit methods for determining IC50/EC50 values with the optimization of statistical parameters of curve fitting. Legend NGSS™ projects multiple data views and allows scientists to drill down the data from screen run to plate to compound in well level, identifying actives (hits), inactive and false positives with the press of single button. The option of an overlay compound view helps scientists to compare the activity of various compounds in a single snap shot. User can also export the run summary report to a separate spreadsheet for their further review.
