| In vitro ADME Screening |
Absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME)
studies, are widely used in drug discovery to predict
compounds that not only possess good binding affinity for a
specific target, but also pass the tests for good ADME
properties in terms of safety and bioavailability. The in
vitro ADME assays offered by JBL assist to identify and
optimize the balance of properties crucial for success of
early drug discovery program and in selection of good drug
candidate.
