Dr. V. N. Balaji , Chief Scientific Mentor

Dr.V.N.Balaji is an expert in the areas of Bioinformatics, Chemoinformatics and Scientific Management. He has more than 20 years of industrial experience in bio/chemo informatics with renowned multinational and national companies including Lederle Laboratories (Pearl River, NY, USA), Allergan Pharmaceuticals (Irvine, CA, USA) ImmunoPharmaceuticals (San Diego, CA, USA) and Monsanto (St. Louis, Missouri, USA). He received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and then did his post-doctoral work in Computational Chemistry at Rutgers University (NJ, USA). He has co-authored more than 30 publications and 25 patents, including 19 published US patents. He is a member of more than 8 national and international organizations including Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) (Biotechnology), India.
